I ordered the Mango Citrus and Smokey Charcoal Soap and some draining soap dish and a beautifully sized Agave Washcloth and I was incredibly pleased with every single item. Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. The package arrived exactly as stated everything was packaged so beautifully. The presentation was so perfect and the gorgeous scent exuding as you open the box was sublime. I tried one of the soaps and can I say what a creamy, rich and generous lather as well as the beautiful delicate scent that lingers on the skin in a subtle way. The soap cleans my skin without stripping the moisture it was just perfect. Everything about the products from packaging, the thoughtful thank you note, thr detailed invoice abd a handwritten message is pure elegance. The Agave cloth is not very easy to find and I was so thrilled when my search led me to this unexpected treasure of a shop. My neighbour was equally impressed by my purchase that she is going to order some items as gifts. I will most definitely be purchasing from this shop for myself and family as these beautifully curated soaps and accessories are the perfect gifts for any occasion.

I first spotted your soaps at Snape Maltings and noticed they were palm oil-free (most important) and made in my home county (less carbon footprint) so i bought a couple and never looked back. They smell wonderful, don’t have any unnecessary packaging and they don’t irritate my skin. I also love the fact that you send one or two sample sizes when i order online, perfect for trying out different ones or taking with me on holiday. They also make excellent presents. Well done and keep up the good work!

I Found these soaps In the green cupboard Harleston and have become addicted to them, the soaps are beautifully made and presented. I love the effort that has made to make packaging recycling as well. The soap feels luxurious and a treat for my skin, especially with all the hand washing etc. I love them all but my favourite is the lemon one and leaves your hands & body feeling moisturised as well. I found your site on the internet whilst looking for palm oil free soaps and liked the look of your products. I have placed two orders since then and have been thrilled with my purchases. Prompt delivery, great communication and gratefully appreciated little complimentary items. I love these soaps. They are pure luxury to use and my “sensitive getting older” skin is improving weekly. I particularly love the coconut milk, the plain goat’s milk, and the chamomile & calendula bars. I am about to try some scented bars which smell divine. Treat yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

“I have tried a range of Jacqui’s soaps now and they are exceptional! This lady is a genius. My favourite at the moment (but that keeps changing with each new soap) is the Chamomile and Calendula. It is so very soft, silky and gentle. It smells beautiful and you can tell that the best ingredients are used because my skin can be sensitive to soap and it usually gets dried out and irritated – but NOT with this one. I can honestly say that when I use it on my face, it makes my skin feel so soft that I don’t want to rinse it off…I just want to make that lovely pampering feeling last a little longer. And to top it all – they look beautiful, good enough to eat (but maybe don’t actually do that!)”

I have been using these soaps for years now and am yet to find anything that works better. They all smell amazing, last for ages, and leave your skin feeling amazing! My favourites are the sandalwood, ylang ylang and tea tree soaps. Highly recommend, Absolutely brilliant!

Gently scented with a lovely selection of  colour combinations.They not only beautiful to look but is also reassuring that they are organically and ethically produced.  I usually suffer from dry skin in the winter but by using these soaps my skin has stayed smooth all through the winter.
