FIRSTLY A HUMBLE APOLOGY.. I'M SORRY FOR TAKING SO LONG TO GET WRITING.
My blog has been on my to do list .. well since I began working on getting my soaps out into the world. I have written a couple of really pitiful attempts ( it is just so much harder than I expected) and I cannot imagine they had much of an impact or inspired anyone who was kind enough to read them. So I humbly apologize for skipping that task by busing myself with other things that I felt I could succeed at better.
You know there are always so many things on that to do list that is never completed.
SECONDLY , AN ESPECIALLY HUMBLE APOLOGY TO SUBSCRIBERS.
To any of the readers of this post who have so very trustingly subscribed on my website expecting that such a subscription would yield something of interest, I ask especially that you would please give me a second chance to show that your faith in me was not misguided. Thank you so much in advance, I really do appreciate you and your support.
OK,SO WHAT'S NEW BOOGALOO?
Recently I have been updating my website with additional items that may be of interest. My plan for my JacqsArtisan.com store was always intended to be more than just my soaps, although they are my primary focus. I wanted to also offer other things that I enjoy or that I make and these are also useful eco bathroom accessories. I will be continuing to add to this selection.
Hand DECOUPAGE GIFT BOXES are now available and I will be adding these gradually. I really enjoy making these, so I hope they will be a good addition. These make great gifts in there own right but are also very good accompanying gift receptacle for a soap and a lavender bag say.
HAND THROWN CERAMICS
Some time ago I was very fortunate to get talking a lovely lady who turned out to be a ceramicist, her hand thrown stoneware fits in so well with my soaps that I recently added not only two part soap dishes but also some beautiful essential oil burners , sage' smudge' bowls and specially made incense holders.
Please take a look at jacqsartisan.com
I would recommend having a look at THE OLD BREWHOUSE POTTERY's other items which include other non soap related items such as mugs etc vases.
They really are beautiful you can find Alisons' work on Etsy www.etsy.com/uk/shop/OldBrewhousePottery
Additionally I have also started offering ESSENTIAL OILS for sale. I work with essential oils in all of my soaps and study aromatherapy so it seemed a match made in heaven to sell essential oils and then as a bonus these wonderful oil burners.
I also adore good incense and I have recently found some stunning new varieties. I mainly choose SATYA incense because I love it but I am always looking for other stunning scents.
I will be offering them on my website also.
NEW SOAP VARIETIES
There are some additional soaps coming soon so keep an eye out for those in the near future.
So again thank you for your patience and for your support - I will keep the ball rolling & will be working on Writers blog post number 002, coming soon.
Blessings and good fortune to you, Jacqs
