I will aim to post within 48 Hours of receipt your order & payment.
If there are any issues that mean that this will not be possible I will notify you immediately via email .
Special holidays and Bank Holidays are not included. Please allow for delays over these holiday periods or during any conditions out of my control such as extreme weather or postal strikes.
Goods will be packed securely and with care to ensure safe delivery .
The gift sets will be secured as much as possible but please take into account that they are not in shrink-wrapped molds
and there is a possibility of movement especially over long distances.
You will be contacted via email regarding delivery times for any special orders or products made to order.

I offer international shipping up to two kilograms or approximately sixteen bars of soap.
If your order consists of more than sixteen bars please contact me
and I will let you know how much the postage will be.

Please be aware that any import duties,customs charges or levies are solely your responsibility.
All of goods available on my website ( except the soap dishes) are handcrafted and are therefore individual so please allow for these variations, it is part of the charm that they are all unique.
I aim always to produce a consistent product with a similar finish but if there is a slight change of appearance please be assured that the ingredients and quality is always maintained.
The designs on the guest packaging envelopes are subject to change
but I always ensure that they colour co-ordinate with the soap, so please allow for this.
Please contact me immediately if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and I will do everything to either arrange a replacement or return of the item.

PAYMENT & PRIVACY
Payment through the site are secure and through Paypal and Square we can also accept payment by cheque
or over the phone or in cash if you happen to be passing Bungay in Suffolk-
and you can pick up your goods at the same time, please contact me directly to arrange this.
Any personal information collected during the processing of your order or when subscribing to my newsletter and updates will be kept in the strictest confidence by myself and will NEVER be shared with any other third parties for any reason.
You will not receive any unsolicited emails.
I use only secure third-party banking through Paypal to verify and collect online payments none of your payment details are divulged or known to me at any time and therefore issues with your payment through Paypal needs to be resolved with them.
You do not need to be registered with Paypal to pay for goods through their service and Paypal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard,American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.
The confirmation from Paypal is separate from me and I will confirm your order once I have confirmation from Paypal that payment has been received. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Payment with a cheque is accepted though this will of course take much longer as i will have to wait for cleared funds and the cheque will need to be deposited, a small extra charge of £ 2.50 will be required as I will need to make a special trip to deposit this.
Once I have received payment and am able to confirm your order you will be notified through secure email delivery only and any information submitted will be ALWAYS be kept securely. Please ensure that it is your responsibility to provide accurate information to complete your order.
